Terms of Service | The 2nd Declaration

1. Non-Partisan Covenant

By accessing or interacting with The 2nd Declaration platform, you acknowledge that this network operates strictly as a non-partisan digital republic dedicated to systemic integrity. You agree to audit the platform's blueprints through objective logic rather than partisan divide.

2. Decentralized Participation & Node Verification

Participation on the platform—including signing the Declaration, submitting evidence, or claiming Vanguard bounties—is governed by programmatic rules. You agree that:

You will not deploy automated bots, artificial scripts, or sybil attacks to manipulate verification counters.
Verification metrics rely on ephemeral hash verification. You hold sole responsibility for verifying your inputs before committing node data.
All verified signature entries are recorded onto an immutable ledger record and cannot be retroactively altered or deleted by any central administrator.

3. Public Intelligence & Evidence Submission

When submitting data through the Corruption Intake channel (Public Evidence Registry), you warrant that the provided material represents verifiable public data, document references, or factual observations. Hearsay, targeted harassment, or malicious misinformation will be filtered out by referee pools prior to ledger recording.

4. Role Isolation & Structural Integrity

To prevent conflicts of interest, no participant acting as a technical referee, code auditor, or Vanguard coordinator may utilize platform assets for private legislative leverage or undisclosed corporate profit.

5. Cryptographic Sunset Clause & Additive Floor

All administrative rules, software specifications, and operational frameworks created under this platform contain built-in cryptographic expiration dates. Rules that fail to prove continued utility or consensus automatically expire. Furthermore, under our Additive Floor covenant, core citizen rights and integrity principles cannot be removed or diminished—only strengthened through 90%+ affirmative consensus.
